A: The price varies depending on the size of the lawn and the condition (height & thickness of the weeds). We strive to be the lowest and many cases we are. The average price for most lawns is between $45-$60. ($40 set price on Fort Hood.) Extra fees for bagging.
A: Mowing around property, weed eating along fences, structures, driveways, walkways, sidewalks, outer areas plant beds, power edging along the sidewalk, drive way, patio and curb. Then we clean up the work area. To maintain optimum health and appearance, lawns should be serviced every other week.
A: Many people find it easier to communicate through email while OCONUS. We try to respond to emails within 24 hours. But how it work is we’ll go to your home for an estimate and will email that quote. If the price is acceptable services will be arranged.
A: We accept cash, check online. Customers can pay online through Paypal. There is a Paypal link on the site under Payments. No Paypal account is needed. Also, invoices are sent via email with a payment link.
A: There is no contract for residential services only service agreements. If you decide to use Texas Curb Appeal as your lawn service provider, we will schedule service property based on your needs. Most customers request service every 2 weeks and some weekly.
A: . You do not have to be home for service. We ask that gates be unlock and pets are inside. We will not service with pets in the yard. Regardless how friendly.
